Adam joined the board of Dutton Recruitment in May 2015 as Operations Director and played a key part in the strategic development of the company.
Through hard work and endeavour, Adam took up the role of Chief Executive Officer in January 2017 and has overseen years of exponential growth within Dutton Recruitment. Adam was heavily involved in the formation of Now Dutton and has set out a clear vision for the business, which involves creating opportunities and career development for current staff, as well as acquiring new talent in order to increase its profitability.
